Shipping policy
We offer two shipping methods to match your needs.
- Paid shipping option: Fixed shipping cost $9.5, estimated transit time 2–17 days
- Free shipping option: Estimated transit time 3–25 days
Please allow 1–3 business days for us to process, pack and dispatch your order. Shipping times are only estimates and not guaranteed. Delays can happen during busy sale periods, customs checks or unexpected logistics issues. A tracking link will be emailed to you once the parcel leaves our warehouse.
We deliver internationally. Any customs duties, VAT or import fees imposed in your country are the buyer’s responsibility. In rare cases of lost, stuck or damaged parcels, reach out to our support team with your order ID and supporting evidence, and we will work with you to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
